Raven had seen the news and the paper and wondered what it was all about so he found himself in downtown a few nights later looking around, looking for anything that stood out. Feeling for the wolves that were hiding among the sheep, if that really was the case. Was that what had really happened a mugging taken to far? That was all he was able to come up with. Maybe he would run into something that would help him figure it all out. Find the Kine that did it, help the authorites, get Median out of his ass claiming it was something more.

Asriel had decided to go and visit the scene of the masacre. She had gone over the police report a number of time, excluding the pictures. One look at those was quite enough. On her way to the club, she notices Raven walking down the street.

Maybe I should stop and say hello.

She catches up to him and begins to walk beside him, matching his stride. "Good evening, Raven." She says in her thick english accent. "What brings you out on such a lovely night? Looking for some company perhaps?"

Raven feels the stronger beast walking up on him one he had felt many times before. When she matched his stride and asked her question he doesn't respond, he just pulls out his IPhone and hands it to her, the newspaper artickle about the beating and the rough draft of the person wanted for questioning was pulled up.

"To be honest this...."

He continues to scan the crowd attempting to feel those about for that tinge of difference.

Asriel reads the article and frowns. "I see. I was actually coming out this evening to take a look at the other site of murder andf mayhem. But, since that is not a fresh site, I can always look at it later. Would you like some assistence with this?" She hands him back the phone.

Pocketing his phone the Hound smiles.

"Walking the streets with a pretty lady, what do I look like Stupid"

Raven smiled

"Walk with me four eyes are better then two...."

He scans the crowd looking, feeling, watching.

"So how are things on your side of town? Find any help yet? Hows the flock?"

It was a needle and he walked the hey stack but you never know.

Clare sat at the top of a flight of stairs; one that led into a garish, neon-lit mall of some sort. She had been sitting there a long time waiting for Joe to show, but he must have found something better to pass his time. So she was alone.

Except for two loud-mouth blood-suckers strolling down the street, talking about murders and muggings like they were from the Kindred Justice League, personally set upon the earth to single-handedly fight vampire crime and keep the world safe for humans.

What the fuck?!

Clare winced, and picked up the end of a cigarette someone had just flicked to the ground as he passed her by. At least four hits on this one still. She sucked on the filterless stick, feeling little of the nicotine it was meant to deliver and shook her head in disgust. That was the Bishop too, Clare was sure of it. She'd seen that beauty in the Church before. Why were these brothers and sisters protecting kine over kindred?

Thank the Dark Prophet Joe isn't here.

Finishing her second-hand stick, she too tosses it carelessly away and rises, smoothing out her little skirt over her tights with some sense of modesty, and goes to follow her Kindred, giving them a wide birth. If they were going to revisit the scene of the crime, she was coming too.

As they walk Raven feels the other beast start to follow from behind. It was new yet familer, 'ahh it was his pushed back at him,' turning he took a side road that wasn't as popular with the club goers save for those coming from where-ever they had secured parking. Once he has drawn his new prey down the way enough he turns and looks at it...her.

"Evening, your new. What brings you to this area?"

'Could he be so lucky so soon? Nah probably another kid drawn to the fucking mouse so they can live forever under the "Magic fucking Kingdom" great', thought Raven

Hopping up on what seems to be a tall transformer or other city service box, she sits on top and stares down at the two, her eyes glittering preternaturally in the dark. She doesn't seem to be bothering to pose at all human.

Her response begins with a thin, highly pitched, unnatural sounding laugh.

"I have a better question; what brings you to this area? This is our stretch."

Asriel looks at Raven with a smirk. "Yeah, she's new. New to everything apparently. You don't have a stretch dear. You're on someone else's turf."

Obviously this was another case of embrace and run. Asriel was so tired of those..

Raven lets his beast out from behind the cage he usually keeps it well behind. Looking up to the kid he shakes his head.

"Your turf? That will be interesting for the Prince to hear about. Now why don't you get down here and talk with us. Then we can all take a trip and speak with the Prince."

Raven waits for her to come on down.

She stands on top of her perch, half to give herself more of a presence, half to facilitate her escape should she need it.

"Yes, Simpletons... OUR stretch. We hunt it. We maintain it. We escort leeches like you that don't belong out of it. OUR stretch. So if you don't mind -- your presence here with your thick blood is scaring the herds. It's hard enough to get a quiet meal as it is."

Folding her arms, Clare makes it clear she's standing her ground and not going anywhere.

"Oh. And as for your Prince? Why would I need to see him? Besides, I was told to wait here for my brother. And if I'm not here when he gets back, he'll beat me black and blue. So this, my friends, is where I stay."

Raven looks at her and then as if hit by a truck it comes to him why she looks familiar thats the face from the news. He launches himself up to her perch and stands next to her.

"Either you come with me now or we escort you out of this part of town. As to your brother he can deal with you have more pressing concerns then your mortal sibling."

Raven was waiting for her to attempt to fight.

"Fuck right off, shit for brains!" Clare scowls at the bastard and inches away, wishing her brother was here. "There's no way you're taking me anywhere. Where do you get off? It's YOU assholes that are on MY stretch. Why don't you get the hell off."

And after a moments thought, she fires again, "What exactly do you want me for anyway?"

Asriel watches the display from her stance on the sidewalk. Can this girl really be that stupid?

"I'm going to make this clear once. Then, I'm just going to stake you and I'll do whatever the hell I want with you from there. This "stretch" belongs to Prince Shands of Central Florida. You don't hunt shit and you don't maintain shit because you're an unacknowledge3d piece of shit. Unless you see the Prince, you'll remain that way until Raven here is told to hunt you down and get rid of you."

She moves forward a bit, getting a closer look at the girl. "Well what do you know? Longinus provides. Honey, you can come with us of your own free will, or you can come with us in torpor. I don't much care which you decide to do."

Raven waited the Baron had spoken and where this was not her Domain she was still more influental then he was, he let her run the show, now would the child listen or would this get messy.

Clare looks from the man to the Bishop and feels a heightened sense of danger. This is going nowhere good, Clare. Stall, stall, stall...

She looks about for her best escape route while she thinks of the words she'll use to stall these two busy bodies.
