"Not allowed to go out on my own, eh? Well, fuck that shit..." Vince mutters after pocketing his phone.

He leaves his house and starts at a light trott down the streets.
Pretty soon he leaves ground and scales as many obstacles as possible on his way, running on walls and jumping between buildings.

He feels like a king. To hell with the idea of being bossed around.

Eventually he ends up strolling the downtown area without much of a purpose. Just enjoying the night and the feeling of being a predator moving unnoticed among his prey.

Raven and the Bishop had been watching the streets for trouble, while discussing the Kine and thier perceived problems..Housing market down, Unemployment sky high, Crime skyrocketing. Alll things that helped the Masquerade if you believed the Bishop, Raven wasn't so sure but had lost the last tit for tat as she expertly walked him into a logic wall he could not scale. It was then they both felt the young one pass them on the street turning they followed to see what this new kid was up to. He didn't look familer at all.

As he roamed down the street Vincent felt the beast stir in him and he felt the presence of others of his kind. And they were following him.

"Shit man, this could be trouble..." he muttered under his breath.
"Cool." He added and turned around a corner and into a nearby alley in an attempt to lose the potential threat.

Raven snickered as the lesser beast tried to lose them he rounded the corner as well.

"Pardon young man could you help me?"

"Fuck!" Vince thought. He quickly checked all possible escape routes preparing if the shit hits the fan.

"Yeah... Sure. What's the problem sir?" He asks as he turns to face the elder vampire.

Asriel came up behind Raven into the alley, casually looking around at the trash on the street and the graffitti on the walls. Such a shame that mortals felt the need to deface their own properties. That was something she'd never understood, breathing or not.

She stopped just behind and to the left of Raven, allowing him to speak to the new one for now. If he decided that manners weren't necessary and got nasty with Raven, then Asriel would step in and explain how important manners were in this city. Until then, she was content to stand back and watch.

Raven sighed this was typical, the young always tried to look innocent.

"Yeah lets just say that, that feeling in the pit of your gut that is gnawing at you, tells you and me that your one of us. And well my job is to find those unknown and ask them to come with me or be escorted out of the city. So tell me who are you and why are you in this area?"

Raven wondered where this new fresh meat was coming from here as of late.

Asriel looks closer at the young vampire. "Yes, he's been here Raven. He's one of my family. Although I can't say I remember Frank allowing his children to run around unsupervised. What errend are you on for him, Vince?"

Vince hesitates for a short moment before he decides that it's a really crappy idea to try and bluff his way out of this.
"Well... None actually. Just out for a stroll. It's a beautiful night. Wouldn't wanna waste it just sitting in, right?"

Raven thought for a bit on what he had just heard.....

"You mean Frank the Carthian? I had heard he was giving permission just didn't know he had picked someone already."

Looking at Vince

"Well do you and your sire a good thing and don't get in troulbe would hate to have to take you both before the prince for the actions of youth."

Raven had a look of serious....mischief in his eye as he said this.

Asriel nods to Vince. At least he's honest about it.

"Does your 'father' know you are out and about right now?"

"No worries. I won't cause you or the Prince of this city any problems."
Vine said to raven. "Yet." He thought to himself.

"Well. I'm wouldn't think so. He told me I couldn't go to the court unnattended, but I didn't realize I needed permission to go for a stroll... " He says to Asriel with an apologetic smile.

Raven smiled as he listend to Vince speak. Reminded him of himself in some ways.

"Well usually unless released a child does not leave the skirts of the father, but to each thier own and if Frank trust you thats his decison not ours. Anything we can help you with tonight?"

Raven was ready to head back out and look for real problems but this needed to happen too.
